Reservations for the Event will be made by individual guests directly with Water's Edge Reservations at (860) 399-5901.
Reservations by attendees must be received on or before [12:01 AM], Thursday, September 6, 2018 (the "Cutoff Date").
Guestrooms on october 6th & 7th, 2018 will be at a discounted rate of $288.00 per room, per night. $110.00 per night October 8th - October 13th, 2018. 24 cancellation fee for guestrooms.
Check-In time is 3:00pm. Check-Out time is 11:00AM. Late Check-Outs will result in additional charges. The above rates are subject to a $10.00 per night resort fee and 15% CT occupancy tax.
IRD Guests staying at the hotel will have free self-parking.
